					<description><![CDATA[I have had a property in Portugal since 2015 and visited every year for my Holiday (6 weeks). I retire next year and have all the documents to get the Brexit Resident biometric card apart from the CRUE. Can I go to the town hall and get one as the documents show I had a NIF, property, bank and paid bills here before the withdrawal agreement or have I missed the boat and will need to go for another type of visa. Thanks]]></description>
